Deep Water Aerobics

A 45 minute water aerobics class that provides
the opportunity to improve cardio respiratory
fitness, condition muscles, and increase flexibility.
Participants do not need to know how to swim
but should be comfortable in deep water.
Class members are required to wear an approved aqua belt. This program allows participants to exercise at their own level.

Aquatic Stress Busters
Monday - Wednesday
5:30 PM
Participants do not need to know how to swim- aquatic belts are required in the deep water and can be purchased at the Aquatic Center.
